Take Action Now and Every Day
The Asian American Foundation wants a future where all Asian American and Pacific Islanders are accepted, protected, and celebrated. TAAF invests in anti-hate, education, and data. We incubate an anti-AAPI hate data group, and convene communities to build the infrastructure for influence and prosperity of AAPI communities in America.

National Action Centers
To address anti-AAPI hate within our communities, TAAF is piloting AAPI Action Centers led by on-the-ground organizations that will serve as hubs for addressing hate in Chicago, Oakland, and New York.
“At CASL, we are committed to dismantling anti-AAPI hate and sentiment through real solutions for our communities. We’re grateful for TAAF and our Chicago-area partners, who understand the importance of anti-hate, education, and data and research, and share our desire to realize a future in which our communities are treated with understanding, dignity, and respect.”

Teaching Equitable Asian American Community History (TEAACH) Act
The passing of the historic TEAACH act brings Asian American history into school curricula, starting with Illinois.
"We are setting a new standard for what it means to truly reckon with our history. It's a new standard that helps us understand one another, and, ultimately, to move ourselves closer to the nation of our ideals."

NAPAWF State of Safety Study
Pivotal NAPAWF survey collects national data on harassment, hate, and discrimination experienced by AAPI women.
"AAPI women have long endured misogyny and racism for centuries and these findings show how this history continues to bleed into our grim present. We look forward to continuing our work with the President and other elected officials to address its disproportionate impact on Asian American and Pacific Islander women."
